<p><strong>Total Disclaimer of Damages:</strong> Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. This applies even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.</p>
<p><strong>"As-Is" Provision:</strong> The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Customer acknowledges that the Provider delivers raw infrastructure and is not responsible for the management, security, or contents of the Customer's environment.</p>

<p><strong>AI Protection:</strong> We categorically guarantee that Customer Content will <strong>NEVER</strong> be used to train, fine-tune, or optimize any Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models, ensuring your intellectual property remains private.</p>
<p><strong>Anti-Lock-In:</strong> We guarantee the right to export data in industry-standard formats, ensuring interoperability across all jurisdictional boundaries.</p>

<li>The Customer's data, content, or specific use of the infrastructure.</li>
<li>Violation of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.</li>
<li>Any illegal activity, including but not limited to unauthorized network access, DDoS, or prohibited resource mining.</li>

<li><strong>NIST 800-88:</strong> Upon service termination, all storage volumes undergo <strong>NIST 800-88 compliant cryptographic erasure</strong>. Recovery is technically impossible.</li>
